Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information, corporate project briefs, and browsing telemetry collected through our website (mpgevent.com), digital inquiry forms, direct messaging channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Email, Phone), and physical on-site production operations managed by MPG Event Planner.

We collect information voluntarily provided when you request a proposal, contact our team, or contract our event services: (a) Contact Identifiers: Full name, company or organization name, official email, phone number, and Telegram handle; (b) Event Brief Specifications: Event category (grand opening, summit, gala, wedding), proposed dates, target guest count, venue preferences, stage/AV requirements, and budget parameters; (c) Media & Event Documentation: Photographic and video footage captured during public or corporate events (subject to prior client approval and NDA agreements); (d) Technical Telemetry: Anonymized browser type, operating system, device classification, referrer channels, and consented cookie identifiers.
Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your information strictly for legitimate commercial and operational purposes: formulating customized event budgets, engineering floor plans, securing venue logistics, coordinating sound/light staging crews, delivering contracts, issuing tax invoices, and responding to inquiries. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade client data with third-party brokers or advertisers under any circumstances.
First-Party Cookies & Visitor Telemetry
Our website employs lightweight, privacy-first first-party cookies to remember your consent preferences and, upon your explicit acceptance, track anonymous route interactions. This telemetry helps our engineering team optimize page load speeds and proposal tools. We understand that corporate product launches, executive summits, and private gatherings often involve proprietary business information and unannounced brand assets. MPG Event Planner routinely enters into formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to guarantee that all creative concepts, stage renderings, VIP guest lists, and financial figures remain strictly confidential.
Cloud Infrastructure, Encryption & Crew Access Control
All inquiry records and operational logs are stored in secure cloud database clusters featuring AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. System access is restricted via Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), ensuring that only verified project managers, technical directors, and authorized administrators can access event files.
Data Retention & Destruction Protocols
We retain client data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the intended purpose: general quotation requests that do not proceed to execution are automatically archived and purged after 12 months. Executed event contracts, floor plans, and billing statements are securely retained for up to 3 years for tax compliance and warranty support, after which they are permanently deleted.

MPG Event Planner's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for generalized machine learning/AI model training, and we never share or sell Google user data to external data brokers or advertising networks.
